Linda obtained her real estate license in 1973 and the very next year became a broker. She was with Re/Max for 7 years and last year became sole proprietor of Huggins-Martin Real Estate and Property Management. Huggins-Martin Property Management is the largest property management company in Lufkin. Her parents were Hank and Juanita Huggins from KTRE "Double H Ranch Days". Other than rescuing and adopting dogs, her hobbies include attending auctions, relaxing at the casino, shopping, and antique browsing. Her dogs names are Annie, Ben, Big Boy, Dolly, Harry, Jack, and Ted. Her charities are Angelina County Heart Alliance and Women in Red.

Martha Powers is a native of Lufkin, Texas, a graduate of Huntington High School and Angelina College in Real Estate. She is presently employed as the secretary for the Physical Plant at Angelina College and as the office manager for Carnes Auctions. Martha is also an active member of the community. She has served as District Director and is currently the Regional Director/Treasurer for Dixie Boys Baseball. In her spare time, Martha plays softball, bowls, and enjoys playing 42 with her friends. She also loves spending time with her family which includes a daughter and son-in-law, 3 granddaughters, a grandson on the way, her parents, 1 brother and his family.
